Wellness that meets you where you are.
Intimately U is a survivor-founded wellness brand creating products, experiences, and spaces designed to help people feel safe, seen, and supported.
From handcrafted self-care to meaningful community programs and workplace wellness experiences, everything we create is rooted in one belief:
People deserve spaces where they can exhale.
Handcrafted In Nova Scotia
Rooted In Lived Experience
Buy One, Heal One
Wellness, in more than one form.
Whether you're here for yourself, your community, or your organization, Intimately U creates intentional ways to connect, care and come back to what matters.
Shop
Self-care for the everyday.
Hand-poured coconut soy candles and nourishing body care created to turn ordinary moments into intentional ones.
Workshops
Wellness people can actually feel.
Interactive experiences for workplaces, organizations, and community groups that create space for connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Community
You don't have to rebuild alone.
Programs and gatherings created for women navigating healing, growth, identity, and what comes next.
Wellness wasn't supposed to be another thing to perform.

We believe wellness can be simple.
Lighting a candle at the end of a long day. Taking care of your body. Sitting in a room where you don't have to explain yourself. Having a conversation that makes you feel a little less alone.
At Intimately U, we create those moments through thoughtfully made products, meaningful experiences, and spaces built around real human connection.
Because sometimes wellness isn't about adding more to your life.
Sometimes it's about finally having somewhere to exhale.
Safe. Seen. Supported.
FROM THE STUDIO
Small batches. Made with intention.
Handcrafted in small batches in Nova Scotia, every Intimately U product is an invitation to make a little more room for you.

MEET THE FOUNDER
While I was building Intimately U, Intimately U was quietly rebuilding me.
Intimately U wasn't created because I had wellness figured out. It was created while I was still figuring out what rebuilding looked like for me.
I'm Kyla Derry, Founder of Intimately U. What began with handcrafted self-care grew into something much bigger, a wellness brand rooted in lived experience, meaningful connection, and creating spaces where people can feel safe, seen, and supported. I built the kind of brand I needed myself.
And somewhere along the way, while I was building Intimately U, it was quietly rebuilding me too.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Your people don't need another wellness presentation they'll forget by Monday.
Intimately U creates interactive wellness experiences that move beyond simply talking at people.
Through meaningful conversation, reflection, hands-on activities, and our signature candle-making experience, we create space for people to connect differently, with themselves and with one another.
Because the most meaningful experiences aren't always the ones with the most slides.
They're the ones people are still talking about after they leave the room.

CONVERSATION
Real discussions people can see themselves in.
CONNECTION
Experiences designed to bring people together.
EXPERIENCE
Hands-on elements that turn wellness into something people can participate in.
THE JOURNAL
Some things deserve more than a caption.
Honest conversations about survival, rebuilding, work, identity, self-worth, and the complicated space between where we've been and who we're becoming.
This is where we talk about the things that don't always fit neatly into a social media post.
