Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@intimatelyu.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at Info@intimatelyu.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order details, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please process a return and place a new order.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days( excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping( Domestic):
- Flat rate: $30 or free for orders over $120
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping:
- Flat rate: $45
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after processing
Order Tracking
- All orders come with a tracking number provided via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship in Canada.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at info@intimatelyu.ca.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items During Shipping
- If your items arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. We will provide a replacement or refund.
