She ReBuilt is a free 8-week live experience for women ready to reconnect with themselves, rebuild their confidence, and move forward with greater intention. Created by Intimately U, She ReBuilt offers a supportive space to reflect on what you've carried, recognize what no longer belongs in the life you're building, and begin making room for what does. Through guided conversations, practical exercises, reflection, and community, we'll explore identity, boundaries, confidence, self-trust, purpose, and what it means to rebuild on your own terms. You don't have to have everything figured out to begin. You just have to be ready to come back to you.

She ReBuilt Registration & Participation Policy She ReBuilt is a free 8-week live experience created to provide women with a supportive, respectful space to reconnect, reflect, and rebuild. Because spaces are limited, please register only if you genuinely intend to participate in the program. Attendance & Commitment Participants are encouraged to attend all eight live sessions to receive the full benefit of the experience. We understand that life happens; however, if you are no longer able to participate, please let us know as soon as possible so your space may be offered to another woman. Privacy & Respect Personal experiences may be shared during She ReBuilt. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share another participant's personal story, comments, or experiences outside of the group. Sharing is always a choice. You will never be required to disclose personal experiences in order to participate. Welcome Kits & Resources Program materials and/or self-care items may be provided to confirmed participants. Availability may be limited, and participants may be required to confirm their attendance and provide delivery information by a specified deadline to receive physical materials. Online Participation She ReBuilt is delivered live online. Participants are responsible for having access to a suitable device and internet connection. Joining information will be provided to registered participants. Important Note She ReBuilt is a peer-support and personal development experience. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or a substitute for professional mental health services. By registering for She ReBuilt, you acknowledge and agree to these participation expectations.
