About Intimately U

Intimately U is a trauma-informed wellness company creating structured spaces where individuals and organizations can slow down, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable

What We Do

Intimately U provides structured wellness experiences designed to support clarity, capacity, and overall wellbeing. Through 1:1 coaching, workplace wellness experiences, and consulting, the work focuses on helping people move forward with intention, without pressure, performance, or overwhelm. Each experience is grounded in a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, structure, and sustainability.

A Different Approach to Wellness

Wellness is often presented as something individuals must figure out on their own. Intimately U takes a different approach.

Rather than offering surface-level solutions, this work is designed to provide structured support, helping people understand what they are experiencing, create clarity, and move forward in a way that can be maintained over time.

This is not about doing more. It is about doing what works, intentionally.

Meet the Founder

Intimately U was founded by Kyla, with a focus on creating spaces that feel safe, structured, and grounded.

Her work is rooted in lived experience, combined with a deep understanding of how people navigate pressure, overwhelm, and the need for clarity.

Through Intimately U, she has supported individuals, organizations, and community groups in creating experiences that prioritize both personal and professional wellbeing.

Our Values

Integrity

This work is delivered with intention, responsibility, and care.

Community

Wellbeing is not meant to be navigated alone.

Empathy

People are met where they are, without judgment or expectation.

Our Commitment to Community

Wellness should be accessible—not just for some, but for all.

Intimately U operates on a “Buy One, Heal One” model, ensuring that every service or product contributes to broader community access. A portion of all work is reinvested into providing free or low-barrier wellness experiences for individuals and communities who may not otherwise have access.

This includes the distribution of self-care kits, community-based workshops, and ongoing partnerships with organizations supporting underserved populations.

Impact Highlights

6+ workshops delivered across community and workplace settings

67+ individuals supported through guided wellness experiences

67+ self-care kits donated to support accessible wellbeing

Additional product donations to community organizations

This model ensures that every engagement contributes to something greater—extending care beyond the immediate experience.

A Trauma-Informed Standard

All work at Intimately U is guided by trauma-informed principles.

This means creating environments that are:

  • Structured and predictable

  • Respectful of individual autonomy

  • Designed to feel safe and supportive

  • Focused on forward movement—not overwhelm

This is not therapy. It is structured, non-clinical support designed to help people move forward in a sustainable way.
